I have to register to watch videos?
No. However you will not be able to vote, comment or participate
in forum discussions. If you would like to interact with media
creators on SingleReel, please register
with us. For users not interested in posting videos, there is
no charge.

do I activate my account so I can start uploading videos?
To be able to upload videos, you need to register
with SingleReel. Your name and password will be used for logging
in to the forums and the directory. After you have submitted payment
for an account, please allow some time for your status to change
so you can begin uploading videos.
what
can the maximum size of the video file be?
SingleStream users cannot
upload files over 10 MB in size and for our commercial clients,
we would have to take a look to determine the optimal file size
depending on their needs.

do I upload my videos?

I
uploaded a video, but when I play it, I get a "file not found"
error.
There is a slight delay between the time you upload a video and
the time when it can be played back to make sure the server cannot
be overloaded. Allow about 5 minutes fro your video to be available
for playback.
how
are the videos streamed?
The videos for the SingleStream
version stream from their default pages. Our pro clients have
more flexibility in choosing how to stream their videos. Commercial
accounts can set up their websites on our servers and can therefore
stream their videos off their sites.
what
is the allowed content for singlereel?
We follow the MPAA standards and allow all types of content except
that of pornographic nature to be streamed off our site.
