to hint videos for streaming
- Open the file you would like to upload to SingleReel with QuickTime
Pro
- Select File > Export
- From the drop down list at the bottom of the form, select "Movie
to Hinted Movie"
- Choose a new name for your hinted movie and clock "OK"
- The movie is now hinted and ready to be streamed.
I
can't play the video through my firewall
- Open up your control panel and open up QuickTime settings.
- Select "Streaming Transport" from the drop down menu.
- Select "Use HTTP Port ID [80]" and close the settings
menu.
- Re-start your browser and try playing the streaming video again.
the
video seems pixelated and playback is shaky
- Open up your control panel and open up QuickTime settings.
- Select "Streaming Transport" from the drop down menu.
- Select "Use UDP, RTSP Port ID [7070]" and close the
settings menu.
- Empty your Temporary Internet Files
- Re-start your browser and try playing the streaming video again. |
