video
playback problems:
the
video either does not start or will not play
This usually means that you do not have the latest version of
the QuickTime player. Other symptoms of an older player may be:
only a white screen with no audio, a white or a black screen with
audio, there is no sound or screen, only the controls are displayed.
If experience any of this, simply install the latest version of
the free QuickTime player. If the screen just displays the QuickTime
logo and does not seem to play, your system is trying to download
the complete file, not progressively and it may take some time
to start playing.
the
video seems to be jumping while it is playing
Please set your QuickTime player to safe mode. Please see next
question.

- Open your Control Panel (switch to Classic View if using Windows
XP).
- Open your QuickTime settings.
- Select "Video Settings" and click on the radio button
to activate "Safe Mode (GDI Only)". When this option
