for us to review messages or confirm the validity of information
posted. Please remember that we cannot actively monitor all the
contents of and are not responsible for any messages posted. We
do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness
of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any
message. The messages express the views of the author of the message,
not necessarily the views of the SINGLEREEL's Message Board or
any entity associated with the SINGLEREEL's Message Board. Any
user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged
to contact us immediately by email. We have the ability to remove
objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so,
within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is
necessary. This is a manual process, however, so please realize
that we may not be able to remove or edit particular messages
immediately.

addition linking is permitted on the SINGLEREEL's Message Board
but we cannot actively monitor all the links of and are not responsible
for any links posted. We have the ability to remove objectionable

addition to these message boards you agree to receive email news
letters and periodic emails regarding changes and enhancements
to SINGLEREEL.com.
You
agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use
the SINGLEREEL's Message Board to post any material which is knowingly
false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful,
harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive
of a person's privacy, or otherwise breaking any law. You agree
not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned
by you or by SINGLEREEL's Message Board.
GUIDE
LINE
The
easiest way to decide if the post is ok on ore boards is the following;
if it can be said on Network television (ABC, CBS, NBC) its ok
on the SINGLEREEL's Message Board.
Although
the administrators and moderators of SINGLEREEL's Boards will
attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this forum, it
is impossible for us to review all messages. All messages express
the views of the author, and neither the owners of SINGLEREEL's
Boards or Jelsoft Enterprises Limited (developers of vBulletin)
will be held responsible for the content of any message.
Use
of these forums you agree and you warrant that you will not post
any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-orientated, hateful,
threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws.
The
owners of SINGLEREEL's Boards have the right to remove, edit,
move or close any thread for any reason without notice.
1)
Signatures – Images are no longer allowed in signatures.
This is primarily a cost cutting measure trying to reduce the
bandwidth transfers. Text signatures can be no more then 3 (three)
lines in a monitor resolution of 800x600.
2)
Links in Signatures - Linking is allowed in signatures. The only
thing we require is a link somewhere on your site to: SINGLEREEL
(and the following URL: http://www.SINGLEREEL.com ), if you have
a site.
3)
Links in Post - Links in posts are allowed. There was some confusion
on this. Linking in the body of posts was never disallowed. Links
in posts are a mainstay of message board activity.
4)
Advertising - User submitted advertising, including images and
text links, of any kind is not allowed on Coaster Forum with out
prior approval from the editors and moderators of SINGLEREEL.
Any advertising approved or not can without notice be removed
by the Board Administrator.
5)
Show off your Site - These are the guidelines you must follow
to post your site to Show Off Your Site on SINGLEREEL:
a) Any non commercial site is acceptable
6) Usernames
a) Creating Multiple Usernames - Creating an additional username
if you are banned, on probation, warnings or other restrictions,
is considered an evasion of these ToS and a swift and stricter
punishment will be placed, including the option that we may contact
your ISP.
b) Usernames containing URLs (.com, .org, .net & etc.) are
not permitted on SINGLEREEL and will be banned and or removed
without notice and retroactively.
All
